Starteed Group Srl, an innovative startup leader in the field of strategic and technological solutions for crowdfunding, announced its first capital increase and the arrival of three new members, recognized professionals in the field of innovation, web and finance.
The current founders of startups Claudio Bedino, Edoardo Benedetto and Claudio Fruttero are joined by Alessandro Chiaffredo (Chief Executive Officer of Bakeca Spa), Paolo Sbuttoni (Innovation Coach & Marketing Consultant) and a third investor who doesn't want to be nominated (specialist at leading Italian private equity fund).
The raised funds (which amount remains undisclosed) will be used to grow Starteed Group Srl in Italy and abroad over the next year, boosting the skills used in product development and customer.
Starteed, founded in 2012 and led by Claudio Bedino, creates custom tailor-made solutions for crowdfunding campaigns "do it yourself" and develops reward and equity-based platforms due to its white-label technology.
Until now, the different realizations of Starteed have allowed creative, social and cultural projects to receive more than €700,000 Euros thanks to the "crowd", as in the case of the International Journalism Festival which has collected more than €115,000 in just 90 days. Starteed is now engaged in the realization of different platforms for major Italian and foreign companies and institutions, among which we highlight three Equity crowdfunding platforms registered in the register of the Consob portals on which will soon be possible to finance innovative startups with a social vocation.

Starteed, after having won the Grant of TIM #WCAP in 2013, has been selected by Telecom Italy SpA to develop and manage the Equity crowdfunding platform for the startups of the TIM Working Capital program (whose launch is expected by the end of 2014) and for the development of the donation-reward portal that will finance innovative initiatives related to culture, social issues and the environment.
